Strange behavior happening with Shift+F command in phpStorme?

My operating system is linux ubuntu 18.04. And only in my phpStorme program I have strange behavior with pressing shift+F. All the keys that I want to drive, let's say a space, Enter, other characters and numbers, then it does not drive. Only after about 21 seconds, everything that I drove in appears. I looked for this combination in settings->keymap, but did not find any matches.
How to get rid of this behavior? Everything works fine in the browser and in other applications

You will not be able to use this combination as a hot key) If only because if you still type it, you will never be able to write a capital letter "F".
