Stopped logging into the modx admin panel?

I stopped logging into the modx admin panel, here is the site . Authorization remained on my computer, and when I sent the login data to the client, he could not log in. Here is the message "Incorrect username or password. Please check the entered data and try again." or another message something like blocked user. Found answers on modx forum but nothing helped. I cleaned the database (filled in 3 fields with 0), cleared the cache and even created a new user, but for some reason it is blocked, although it is written in the admin panel and in the database that it is active. Checked the site online antivirus showed that everything is ok. I still have authorization in my browser, and when I try to log in through incognito or another browser, I get the same error. Please tell me how can I solve this problem?

Well, recover your password by clicking "Forgot password", a link to reset your password and a new password will be sent to your mail

Shit happens.
What version of MODX? Last? Sometimes (if none of the above worked) updating MODX does the trick.
You can also try clearing sessions if you log in and the client can't - that might be the problem.
