Steam account stolen and no first key?
The account is already about 7 years old, they require the very first key.
Gave IP data, card number, keys of the last 10 purchases and payment screenshots, previous mails, card statements, everything is useless.
After all, they have all the logs, and if you raise the asshole and look, suspicious activity will be noticeable. They don't even want to freeze the acc, 3 weeks have passed, the caliper is absolutely useless.
The funny thing is that they stole gmail mail with 2-factor authentication, steam password and login, steam pin code.
Most likely stolen through the phone.
Akk cost about $3000-4000 according to steam calculator. Now the nickname, id, mail and password of the account have been changed.
According to this guide, it should have been returned to me 2 weeks ago.
Has anyone been able to recover their account? How? Do people work there at all?
UPD.

Without the first key, acc is NOT subject to recovery!
So if there is no key, you can forget about your account, even if you send data for 20 years of using Steam, it's useless.
Here are the data that the support sent to Russian and Eng:
- screenshots of purchases for several years
- card details, card statements, number, owner data
- old steam messages that I dug up on previous mails from the account, such as changing mail, password, etc. .
- called the first purchased game (alas, it was 10 years ago, so there is no key)
Steam Guard and Parents Control were activated on the account, the password and login somehow bypassed everything. Most likely they got access to the mail, and then, when I was sleeping, everything was quickly hacked and cleaned up the traces. Like cleaning mail, changing id, nickname, deleting all friends, maybe even bought a couple more games like proof that this is a thief's account.
There was no authorization by phone either in the mail or on the incentive, and even with this approach, most likely it would have been bypassed.
I forgot my account password twice because I rarely logged into it, wrote in support that my account was stolen, and provided receipts for purchases from qiwi, and everything was restored to me twice in less than a week.

This can raise a lot of suspicion.
I can advise you to write in support to the last, different people answer, and hope that an adequate person will come across.
Help please, I was deceived into an account, my account is now with another person, I blocked it for a while, but the person changed his name and profile picture. When I tried to restore, it doesn’t work, I enter 4 digits of the card and mail that I know, it says that it’s wrong
