Start in backend development (Python). Is it possible to do without knowledge of front-end technologies?

Hello!
I am currently working as an SDET (Python/Selenium), but I am very interested in working as a backend developer (Python + Django or Flask). I would like to develop something complex and more interesting than monotonous autotests.
After doing a search on HeahHunter, I found that many employers are looking for full-stack pythonists, and everything would be fine, I would learn javascript and one of the js frameworks, but there is one thing: I just won’t be able to work as a front-end developer, even sometimes. I am terribly annoyed by the need to typeset, and in general I don’t want to work with the creation of a GUI. I don’t want it so much that even a huge salary will not force me to do these tasks. This does not mean that the frontend is bad, it just, unfortunately, does not suit me.
What is the probability of doing only backend tasks (Python + Django) without facing web interface development in modern realities? Or are pure pythonist backenders not needed and the world of web development has been captured by fullstack?

Your question: can I be a goalkeeper if I don't know how to be a striker?
In general, a full stack was invented so that the employer saves money and pays one salary instead of two)
There are quite a few cool serious projects in the world where there are full stacks, or maybe not at all. These are two different worlds, study what you like, be a cool specialist and you will be in demand even if 9 out of 10 vacancies on headhunter are looking for a full stack. Well, knowing the basics of markup and having a rough understanding of how everything works there is a necessary basis, but you definitely don’t need to be a full-fledged front-specialist
