Standby not working correctly in Fedora 34?

Hello! Help, please, deal with the standby problem in Fedora 34! The problem is that when you put the laptop into this mode, one of two things happens. The laptop either enters standby mode or, more often than not, the screen goes blank but the power light stays on and the computer starts beeping and does not respond to any commands other than the shutdown button.
