Standard Woocommerce filters not working?

Hello, I can't understand what is the reason, filters with some attributes are not displayed at all, and some filters. do not display all attributes for sorting, what could be the reason for this?
For example, there is a filter, but it is not on the site, although the value of the heating area is in the goods.


And then the second option, not all attributes for sorting are displayed, the center distance in the filters is 350, but on the page the products with attributes 350 and 500 are the center distance.

What to do? I use standard filters.
