Good day.
Often, on the forums, I stumble upon sellers of ssh tunnels that offer sampling services by country, state / region or city. The very purpose of this is clear - to have the IP of the corresponding place, but in technical terms there are many questions.
The average price for such tunnels is $2-3, so the option that sellers buy VPS somewhere and organize everything there, I immediately dropped.
Please clarify this point. Who has any ideas about how it is possible to have such a tunnel in a short period of time in different parts of the globe.

Why is this vps option dropped?
1. You can make many users on one vps and sell everything for 2-3$
2. VPS can be sold not only for tunnels, for example, for proxies..
