SSH console for Android tablet

Galaxy Tab. Android 2.2. You need to seriously use the ssh terminal (eg screens in screens).
Now I use ConnectBot - but it does not know how to portrait mode. The default keyboard does not know how to arrow and tab and alt. I set "Full keyboard" - there are arrows, tab ctrl, but you need to constantly change it to the default one, because it is more convenient not in the console.

Advise, something ready so as not to bother.

I advise you to install hacker's keyboard, it has all the necessary buttons :)

Besides the original ConnectBot, there is a modified version of it - Irssi ConnectBot ( Market ). I haven't seen more than two of them.
