SSH Connection timed out

Can someone tell me why ssh might not work. I went to the coffee house to code, but nothing works. Although an hour ago at home everything was ok. In the digital ocean socket, I pressed the PowerCycle button, but it helped. At the same time, when the server is started (via the web terminal), the pages are returned normally.

Probably blocked port 22 to exit in the coffee house.
Or do you only allow ssh to certain IPs on the server.

In almost all free wifi, port 22 is blocked.
Move ssh to 443, for example, if possible. www.rutschle.net/tech/sslh.shtml well, you can still do this.
