ssh connection error in putty on windows 7?

Hello to all! I have such a problem with putty on windows 7, I go into putty, drive in the ip-address of the server, the console opens as in the photo , nothing is written and the program closes for a while.
Tell me what could be the matter?

The remote server closes the connection. Or unavailable.
IP burned on the screen, tested at home, timeout.
