SSH access to hp 1950 and setup ACL VLAN?

I can't figure it out. With the next. Already determined by trial and error that hp1950 supports 8 vlan interfaces. Further created these 8 vlan with distribution on dhcp, there are no problems.
Created access acl from one subnet (vlan1) to another subnet (vlan2), now you need to apply acl to VLAN. But it is not possible to set an ACL for either VLAN or even Global.
Always writes an error: The configuration not supported on the specified target. The most interesting thing is that if you create a rule of the same VLAN Packet Filter and just set the VLAN, instead of ACL
select Default action, the same thing happens ...
As a rule, the password in the manuals is again empty ....
I found it only for 1910, but it does not fit ...
The question is stupid, so I'm trying to solve it. Or am I going the wrong way issuing ACLs between VLANs.
