Squid configuration setting. How to set a time or quantity transition interval between peers?

What tag or setting can be used in the squid.conf configuration to contact each neighboring peer not with every request, but after some time or quantitative interval.

Now, with each request, I switch to a new peer, but I need the peer to change every few minutes or every 10 requests.
