Squid 3 and ipv6?

Hello, the question is, is it possible that on the same server with squid there would be ipv4 and ipv6 addresses, and when accessing squid at ipv4 address, it would send data from itself already with ipv6 address?

Of course not.
It is better to hang up squid on both IP addresses. Then it will be possible to access it via ipv6
example:
http_port 192.168.1.1:3128
http_port [fe80::]:3128
