Squeak from the power supply under low load. What to do with him?

Good day to all.
After moving to a new place, after turning on, the squeak of the power supply under load became audible. A new ATX 550W Thermaltake TR2 RX was purchased, plugged in, and... the squeaks continued. Only already higher frequencies and in a state of idle / low load. When loading something, games, the squeak immediately disappeared, but as soon as you switch back, close the application, everything returns.
Worth i5-2320, GTX 560, hdd+ssd.
Additional Notes:
-Strangely, the beeping stops when the mouse is actively moved. It does not respond to the use of other usb devices, including a wi-fi adapter. I tried to occupy all free ports, remove all usb devices - there is no sense.
-Does not respond to connecting / disconnecting an additional hdd.
-Does not respond to changes in the minimum state of the processor in energy plans.
Apparently, the problem immediately appeared on 2 PSUs in a row, the main suspicion is the quality of the power supply in the apartment. But I can't refute/confirm this. What else can you try to check? Is it possible that buying a UPS remains the only solution? My understanding is that they should also equalize the voltage in case of problems?
Thank you for attention.
