SqlMetal - 26 error when fully copying the proposed actions in the example on mdsn. How to fix?

Hello.
Starting to learn Linq to SQL from "HeadFirst C#" (Stillman, Green), Second Edition.
I am using VS Express 2013 for Desktop. I probably don't understand at all.
There is a file c:\linqtest\DataBase.mdf
I enter: "sqlmetal \code:" c:\linqtest\DataBase.cs" /language:csharp "c:\linqtest\DataBase.mdf""
Error: Establishing from SQL connection server A network or instance-related error has occurred. The server cannot be found or is unavailable. Make sure the instance name is correct and that remote connections are allowed on the SQL server.
I go to msdn msdn.microsoft.com/ru-ru/library/vstudio/bb386927(...
And I repeat their instructions with the same result.
Explain to the noob, what's the matter and - most importantly - how to fix it? Several hours of trying to figure it out were completely unsuccessful.
