SQL Server Express over LAN?

Can't share SQL Server Express over LAN. Did absolutely everything according to the instructions.
On my computer with the database I can connect, but the computer on the local network is not:
"System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): An error occurred while logging in the user "ALEXANDER\Guest"."
SLQ Server installed. Added ports to exceptions in firewall. In the configuration manager in TCP / ip set port 1433.
Created a new database, added a user. Set the server properties to "SQL Server and Windows Authentication". In properties of the user put the password and "SQL Server Authentication".
I checked the ports using the netstat -an command. Ports are listening.
Connection string in C# "Server=ALEXANDER\\SQLEXPRESS;Database=passoffice;Trusted_Connection=True;User ID=tcu_user;Password=25031969;".

~4-5 goods / sec is pretty damn fast. Apparently there are few pictures or you only save thumbnails ... In principle, most of the time is spent on downloading full-size images, and everything else is so ... dust))
I somehow remember parsing a high-quality store, in which each product has ~ 3-6 photos in decent resolution, at ~ 15 Mbps it turned out on average 2-4 sec / product, because received html, parsed and shoved the data on requests, and downloaded large pictures, received pictures,
and
each
programmatically
: disk (hdd 7200rpm)
So you and your 350 seconds rejoice! Probably ... because. most likely you are not parsing so well ...
