SQL Server access error after password change?

ACS, Timex is installed on the PC. The PC is not in a domain.
After changing the local administrator password, the following error occurs.
If you change the password back to the old one - everything works.
How to fix, where to dig?

A network or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. Server not found or unavailable. Make sure the instance name is correct and that remote connections are allowed on SQL Server. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The connection was not established because the destination computer denied the connection request.) (Microsoft SQL Server, error: 10061)

@amentum

Figured it out myself. The
password was manually entered in several MySQL and Timex services.
