SQL: how to replace field values ​​with indexes from another table?

Hello.
There was a problem creating the database. There is a table A, it has a field "id", "PersonId", "Course name". There is also table B with the names of the courses and their IDs. How can I replace the course name in the first table with its index from the second table?
