SQL Error 42703, how to fix?

Guys, I'm a neophyte in SQL and just learning .. can someone tell me what the problem is?
I created the table, I also filled in the name of the columns, but with the very filling of these same columns, I don’t understand what the problem is. Help please :

The problem is due to the fact that you violated the query syntax at the insertion point of the value highlighted by the cursor in the screenshot. More details can be answered if you provide the structure of this table. For now, we can only assume that when you tried to insert text data, you forgot to frame it in single quotes.
