"spyware" for Win7?

The management seriously thinks that one of the employees is leaking information to competitors, and ordered to put some software on the working computer that writes all the user's activity, without revealing its presence in any way. Google gives out a huge number of all sorts of options (who would doubt it).
Interested in first hand experience. What do you advise?
Thank you.

When they set a similar task, they used StaffCop

Better install a hidden camera with HD resolution, since you do not trust the hired worker so much.

I used to use Elite Keylogger but I used under XP. There is WIn7 in the list of supported OS (Apparently there are problems with installation on Win 7 64). I liked.
TeamViewer can also be set up for hidden work (but it can only be used to view in real time what the user is doing).

0. Contact the company's legal department.
Reach out to the departments of local intelligence agencies dealing with such "insiders". At one of my previous jobs, there was an incident when, shortly before my arrival, one employee was taken right from the workplace by stern boys in bulletproof vests in the presence of employees of just such a unit, I don’t know who in your country does this and what unit / department it is.
1. On the mail server, copy all his correspondence
2. On the proxy server, write the entire access log, what, where and from where.
3. Write logs of his access to corporate databases - the basics of clients, orders, etc.
4. Monitor all files to which it has read access.
5. Monitor Skype / ICQ / rdp / vnc / ssh sessions on external, in relation to the company, hosts.
6. Monitor the software it runs, including portable software

There is a program called SpyGo, it is installed on the desired computer, it monitors everything that happens on the computer in a hidden way + you can connect to the computer remotely and watch in real time what is happening on its desktop and even watch through a webcam)) is it suitable for an office I don’t know how to use it, I only installed it on my home computer, but then I deleted it because the program is paid, but I didn’t find the key to it no matter how hard I tried :(
