SpriteKit iOS - how to drag and drop objects within specified boundaries?

I want to try my hand at SpriteKit. I have an idea for a game. In terms of motor skills, it is very similar to tags, where you need to move blocks within the allowed boundaries. I found a lot on the Internet on drag and drop, but nothing on working with borders. How to do it?
