Spring, one repository to override JpaRepository methods?

Bonjour
Essence: I need to have some basic (for my system) repository from which repos of entities will be inherited, as well as to manage entities that do not have specific methods in the repository (so as not to create extra classes).
It would be even better if you could substitute your implementation for some methods, for example, delete - so that it does not delete, but changes the record (status field to deleted), or all select queries, so that the AND status = active line is added, etc.
Request: throw articles - they probably exist, but I didn’t find it offhand.
