Spontaneous reboot of the virtual machine what to do?

There is a virtual machine on vmware, windows 10 pro x64 original image, current update, 6gb RAM allocated, 2 cpu. The problem is that sometimes the machine spontaneously reboots, there is no third-party software activity, only google chrome, how to establish the reason, where to dig, maybe there are some logs?
Automatic reboot on system failure is disabled.

UPD:
In the Event Log, I found
the Kernel-Power Event, the level is critical.
(The system rebooted, shutting down with errors. Possible reasons for the error: the system stopped responding, a critical failure occurred, or an unexpected power outage.)
But this does not explain anything, the main machine did not crash, everything is ok with power.

I had a similar experience with Win10 - I changed the memory modules in places and slots, the error disappeared,
try it on the Windows program itself, like BSOD viewer, throw off the logs
