Split archive into 2 independent parts?

There is an archive in which a large file. I can afford to unpack only the first half, because there is not enough space. I need to get the second half of a file/archive. I can rebuild into a multi-volume archive, but still unpacking starts from the first part. I want to work only with the second one.
Is it possible?

No way.
Modern archivers, as one of the algorithms, also use dictionaries, that is, when analyzing a file, repeating places are reduced.
Thus, the first half of the file contains the data that is needed to decompress the rest of the file. It is impossible to extract a piece of the file in this way.
You need to initially split the file into parts, and pack them as separate files.
