Are there currently available solutions for ordinary users/small companies to automate the processing of phonograms? (the input is an audio file, the output is a text document)

The search says that the technology seems to be there, but it was not possible to find any ready-made boxed solutions.

There is no noise, no music, or a minimum - the texts are specially dictated. If need some special markers, can arrange.
