Speakers and headphones are not connected. What to do?

I installed Windows 7 64-bit, the regular version, and after that the speakers and headset do not turn on. Drivers are like everything. I tried to put realtek, but only Via got up on the sound.
Already tried everything, but nothing happens. Has anyone else come across this problem and can offer advice.
If you need more information, I'll tell you how.
I spent all day on this and I don’t understand anything.
