On a topic like: Thank you for registering, thank you for leaving a request, thank you for contacting, well, in general, any actions related to feedback. What is it for? What can be achieved with this? Make us miss an important email?
Or what else could be the point of using someone else's mailbox on sites?
The mail address is public, and is written openly on the site in the "contacts" section.
Or maybe they are trying to somehow influence the site and its work?

myname - how rare? if some info is just overkill, or a human error, there is a domain @domain.ru and they write @domain.com and vice versa.
but that's just a guess.
