Sound problems?

Motherboard msi x470 Gaming Pro Carbon.
Windows 10 with the latest updates. Realteck driver downloaded from msi website.
When you change the volume, it is at the moment of the change itself that the sound seems to rattle. And very noticeable. I also sometimes notice this in loud music.
What could be wrong?
Tried all ports and different headphones. It's the same everywhere.
Installed different drivers too, didn't help.

There was such garbage on the laptop. Removed the realtek driver, sat with Windows
Well, it's on a laptop
on a desktop, I advise you to install a newer or older version
