Sony vaio vpc z laptop ssd problem, what to do?

My old sony vaio vpc z1 began to limp on both legs - ssd raid lif periodically falls apart, diagnostics do not give results, did someone have experience of replacing? I found a video where a guy puts a converter for mSata, but such a pleasure will come out pretty well.
