Some links not working in chrome?

Chrome links not working on certain sites. For example, on the site https://fozzy.com/ru/ , also on the local server on the site on MODX, the link does not work either.

But in mozilla everything works correctly

In the chrome settings, javascript is connected

Disabled all plugins in chrome, it didn’t help, then completely removed them, didn’t help either, reinstalled chrome, the same way.
What could be the problem?

The problem was solved after updating Chrome from version 57.0.2987.133 to 58.0.3029.81
