Solving Ubuntu + PhpStorm + Java hotkey issue?
Is there a fix for this issue/bug?
Ubuntu (14.04 and 16.04, haven't checked the others) has PhpStorm 2016.2 installed and the latest version of Java. In PhpStorm (in general, this also manifests itself in other software using Java, but it is PhpStorm that is critical), if the Russian layout is enabled, hot keys do not work (Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V, Ctrl + Shift + F, etc.).
