0) Webmorda
1) It should be hosted on Windows (IIS is not required, but it would be nice)
2) Working with AD or LDAP
3) Logging everything and everything.

At work, MyChat is used - it is friends with AD, it logs everything, it is possible to connect from the outside, if necessary - folders for receiving files can be placed on the server, and not in the user profile.
