Can anyone suggest a Windows LiveCD utility for cloning RAID contents to a separate physical drive?

And you basically under windows? If you just need a liveCD that can clone a raid array, then try using Clonezillla or Acronis (both have drivers for raid controllers, though not for everyone; in the case of clonezilla, the necessary drivers can be installed manually)
