Software for rendering design directly in html?
I am a designer and traditionally draw layouts in .psd, and then send them to the layout designer. So, I would like to eliminate the 'extra link' in the production process and save time for customers. We need software for mac, in which layouts are converted into code on the fly and it is possible to make adaptive versions.
I saw something like this, but decided to postpone it for later, but now I can’t find anything worthwhile (
There was a very cool program, I don’t remember the name, I just remember that a discount was supposed for students :)

By removing the "extra link" in the form of a layout designer, you shift the burden of responsibility for cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness to the front-end developer. And also, with a high probability, the HTML will turn out to be a poop, suitable only for viewing in a browser, and not for use in a software project.
I consider it a more promising option to study the layout. It's basically just a craft. There is no magic there. All "secret knowledge" has long been in the public domain, there are educational materials.

Can you look at prototyping systems? So that you can make roughly designed pages to make up the big picture.
Finger to the sky, that is, Google "fast prototyping":
The maker himself. Not a mega-pro, but adaptability, cross-browser compatibility, all sorts of CSS, JavaScript tricks I implement well. I decided to somehow try a couple of services that automatically generate code. I will not give links, because I tried to forget them as soon as possible. All I saw was long class names, a bunch of extra code, it's not always possible to add effects, weak cross-browser compatibility (and everything in the same spirit, maybe something has changed now). Well, as a rule, the site is written under some kind of CMS, if this is not a banal landing that can do without it. This means that the structure of the code must also match.
In general, if you remove the layout designer in order to save: time, money, then it will turn out like this:
Money will be saved. The time will most likely increase, because the code will definitely need to be edited somewhere. If there is no such knowledge, then ... well, either look for another more reliable service, or contact the layout designer again.
Oh yes, I forgot to say: many back-enders with such a code are sent to hell. So there is a risk of not submitting the project on time, ignoring the work of the layout designer.
It seems to me easier to remove the designer as an extra link. And use ready-made premium HTML templates. Fortunately, they are now on sale darkness. And their code is very decent, unlike the hell that any, even the most advanced software will generate. For adaptability, I generally keep quiet.
I don't know about software for mac, why not use Webflow ? Foreign designers use it and do not despair. Lendos are given out in packs.
1. You only need to understand positioning so as not to sculpt at random.
2. Well, it’s true that everything is in English, but now you can’t do without it. So it's worth looking into.
3. Exports html only for a paid subscription.
PS Here, of course, you need to start from the goals. Depending on what you need to draw. For one-pagers will go IMHO.
Macaw Scarlet promises a revolution in design and layout (the current Macaw is only good for prototyping). But do not expect magic - without the knowledge of layout, there will be no sense from it.
