Software for dividing the monitor into 4 virtual ones?

Two monitors were missing (currently 27 "and 24" FullHD), I want to add a third one so that it is above the first two and there is some kind of serial in the background.
But then I thought that it would be better to take a TV set, 55 "4k, and divide it into 4 FullHD, that's actually the question of how this can be done, ideally, so that Windows would think that there are actually 4 of them? What would be possible without problems on one run the game while on another movie background.
