Software for competitor analysis (SEO)?

I continue to look for software for solving seemingly simple tasks, but I don’t find it.
I am looking for exactly desktop software with a license, where payment is not for quantity, but for full use. If there are similar on-line services, I will be glad to know.
1 task analysis of pages
at the input: url of different sites (1000-2000)

In general, SeMonitor is suitable, except that the text volume does not remove and h2-h6 does not collects.

everything except 3 (for a competing site) is easily written to order at an inexpensive price, or is configured by a zennoposter, so it is unlikely that such software will appear
