Tell me a normally working softphone for raspberry pi 3 b+. Installed linphone, hangs during a call. I tried to raise zoiper and microsip with wine, it says there is not enough RAM memory. Also, zoiper for linux does not get up. I can’t raise the console, I need chromium and access to crm.

You need a simple dialer, without unnecessary troubles. Like microsip:

Could you please clarify which distribution you are using. If debian then try
apt install twinkle
