SoftEther VPN disconnects from android, error 11. What's the matter?

Gives some kind of error 11 . I connect with the built-in means of android 4.x (samsung). The logs show that there is a connection to the server, and then almost immediately disconnect. The server is on Windows, the firewall is off, I connect from the body via wifi =).
