Socket.IO vs SocketCluster?

Hello. We need a good and simple self-hosted library for working with sockets, which can be relatively easily divided into workers. Actually used both libraries. SocketCluster - simple separation, complex documentation, separation into events and channels. Socket.IO - complex (relatively) separation, simple documentation, only events.

I would like to hear reviews, application examples, etc. on socketCluster, because there is zero information. Thank you.
