SMS payments

Looking for an SMS payment service or just an SMS wallet with a low commission.
How many have not seen such services, they all take from 50% or more.
Or is such a commission associated with telecom operators?

For the Russian market, there are none, with a certain amount of payment you can bring your amount up to 60 percent, for beeline there is sms-commerce from smszamok.ru / there the percentage can be made from 70% to 93%.
The rest, it seems, are also going to launch something like this, but apparently there will be their own payment system and so far it is not profitable.

Well… lol… On z-payment you get 188 rubles for 100 rubles to the account… And you get 4 percent for cashing out =)
But in fact it will be problematic to find significantly less than 50%.
