Smoothing pulses of a pulsed power supply?

I installed a 12-220 800W inverter in the car and ran into such a problem. For some reason, the laptop power supply inverter does not want to pull. When connected, the inverter immediately cuts off. As I understand it, not very smart inverter protection works, because. The power supply of a laptop, in principle, cannot consume more than 75 watts, judging by what is written on it and judging by the measurements of the power meter.
The question is how to smooth out the influence of pulsed power supplies on the inverter? The working option is an UPS, but the UPS is heavy. Another option is to cut out the protection from the inverter, but somehow it's not very good.
The manufacturer answered a question asked about my problem, quote:
“The problem you describe is a feature of the PSU, which requires an inverter with a
real sine wave.
Nothing can be done with the DS800 converter, as an option, replace
the laptop power supply.

So I understand that the protection is triggered by the fact that at the initial moment the power supply unit consumes a current much more than the nominal one? Then turn it on through a thermistor, it will limit the starting current. You need one marked NTC, you can buy it or get it from an old ATX power supply.

Probably, the inverter is cut off from the surge of current when the capacitor of the PSU laptop is charging. I can suggest trying a “crutch” - turn on the load through a soft start device for incandescent lamps.

Laptev power supplies at the moment of switching on actually close the circuit (like many other switching power supplies, sometimes even sparks jump) - and the protection of the inverter is activated, it seems to me.
The question is - if you turn on the laptop's power supply, and then forcibly turn the inverter back on - it won't start like that?
And the most correct solution is a separate power supply for the machine - 12V - XV laptop :)

You can also stick a cap in parallel with the PSU microfarad at 10-50.

Some kind of crutch came out, why first raise it to 220, then again lower it to 19? There are direct car chargers for laptops 12->19
