Smartphone (Android) turned into a brick. Can he be saved?

Good evening, the HomTom HT3 smartphone has stopped turning on. Does not respond to charging, does not respond to keystrokes and connection to a PC. In general, he behaves like a full-fledged "brick".
It all started with the fact that I saw the logo "the one at startup" on the screen. He remained on the screen for a long time, and in the end I decided to pull out the battery .. And apparently I should not have done this. And since then, all they have to do is prop up the chairs.
Can you tell me if he can still be saved? And how?

@Astrohas

Try to flash through the SP flash tool, it does a good job with the bricks. At the same time, you can check the battery. firmware guide

Perhaps the memory (flash) failed. Repairmen can probably change, the cost of work will be comparable to the cost of the phone :)

First, measure the voltage on the batteries - maybe she just died
