Smart mailing script
Has anyone come across a smart mailing script (PHP, Perl, etc) that could:
- send emails with domain limits (let's say 50 emails per hour to Yandex)
- could unsubscribe from a link in a letter
- could handle errors SMTP, such as “there is no such box” (parsing postfix / sendmail logs or working with SMTP on their own)
- would be able to process bounce letters
I watched phplist and swiftmailer - they don’t seem to know how. Am I wanting too much?

You probably won't find one for free. Anyway, I didn't find it a couple of years ago. And I wrote my own, just with the functionality that you painted. Only now I checked the availability of the boxes on the beats.
Threat I will make a reservation in advance - I wrote for the company, so I have no right to distribute it.
Try looking at pommo , there was an option to set the number of emails per domain. I'm not sure about the rest of the points, you have to look.
1) the item can be configured in the smtp server or solved with a large number of ip on the server.
2)phplist
3)all bounce
4)phplist
Unsubscribe via procmail, the rest via postfix. Has this option been considered?
