Small sticker confirming the authenticity of the license (COA) Windows 8/10, is it enough?
Good afternoon, dear colleagues!
Asked such a question. We recently purchased new system units with pre-installed Windows 10 (OEM) for the organization. After examining the system units, I found only one small square holographic sticker with the inscription "Windows 10". There are no more inscriptions on this sticker. However, in past experience, Windows 7 system units always had rectangular stickers with a serial number.
Question.
In case of verification, is it enough to have a small holographic sticker?
Or do I need to contact the seller?
Thank you.

Stickers have never been enough - well, maybe really stupid inspectors working for Aunt Galya :) You can buy stickers - they are offered. Packs.
Confirmation that this is not a pirate will not be a sticker, but a document (s) stating that LLC "Three-tables-two-chairs Inc." paid the office "Inflate Quickly" a hundred thousand millions for licenses for this or that software.
You bought. A license is also written in the purchase documents (?)
Technically, the purchase documents will be enough to confirm the license - the main thing is that the amount purchased corresponds to the amount installed.
If you still have doubts, write/call MS and ask them to clarify all the details you are interested in, especially in the case of electronic registration/activation of the OS.
Well, what documents on the territory of the Russian Federation, according to MS, are required to confirm the legality of Windows 10.
