Small active rfid tag?

I searched the net for tags, I could not find anything sensible. Recommend a small rfid active tag. The radius of action is 10 ~ 20 m, the dimensions are
no more than 2 cm in all planes. Preferably one that can be reprogrammed.

10 ~ 20m - even the bluetooth cannot boast of this.
Each task has its own type of labels, so the choice should be based on the task.
