Slows down the process of writing to a USB flash drive?

Recently, the process of writing files to a USB flash drive began to slow down. That is, at first the write speed is fast and at the end it slows down and the last megabytes are generally recorded very slowly. Write speed drops from 50 MB/sec to 5Mb/sec

I use SanDisk Cruzer flash drives (tried several flash drives)
Tried to format flash drives - didn't help
Reinstalled drivers - didn't help
Who is familiar with this problem?

Does the antivirus check copied files too aggressively on the fly? Are INF-update drivers installed? Native? Does it copy faster to external hard drives? Is there enough free space on the computer's hard drive partitions?
SanDisk flash drives can be formatted, for example, with this

to be honest, I'm not familiar with the concept of "INF-update"
... the motherboard is GIGABYTE P55A-UD3 ... all the drivers included with it on CD (native) are installed . It
copies faster to external hard drives.
From a flash drive to a computer, it also quickly copies.
There is a lot of free space in the partitions of the hard drive of the computer.

My mainboard supports USB 3,
and a USB 2.0 flash drive
can because of this?
maybe somehow you need to "manually" set the operating mode to USB 2?

Did you somehow manage to solve this problem? (I faced exactly the same and now I'm looking for a solution)
