Rigid design:

- You have no understanding of the loading order, for example, a font can be loaded at the very end, and before that, display some similar one. Why are there so many fonts at all, well, 2-3 is still okay ..
In short, I don’t even know where to start optimizing, probably from scratch.

I agree with Anatoly and add that in your future work you will still need knowledge in the technical intricacies of not only WordPress, but also related areas, or a person with such knowledge. You yourself have done everything you could, but, as you can see, this is not enough. You need to think over everything from scratch so that it is optimized, and not do as you like and think later how you can do it more and faster
