Slow flash drive 3.0 for usb live os?

Good afternoon,
I choose a USB flash drive in order to load the operating system from a USB flash drive (LIVE OS). The laptop supports 3.0/3.1 standards and has a type-c output. I recently bought a 32GB USB 3.0 flash drive from Ali, but it boots up as the main system with a noticeable delay.
Checked for write speed:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdb bs=1M count=1024
1024+0 records received
1024+0 records sent
1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB, 1.0 GiB) copied, 25.3201 s, 42.4 MB/s Checked
for read speed:
dd if=/dev/sdb of=/dev/null bs=1M
^C19651+0 records received
19650+0 records sent
20604518400 bytes (21 GB, 19 GiB) copied, 220.846 s, 93.3 MB/s
I install Live OS with the following command:
dd if=*.iso of=/dev/sdb bs=1M
Tell me how to get rid of live OS lags or choose a more reliable flash drive.
