Slow download speed after DNS change?
Good evening. For one application to work, I had to set dns on Apple TV set-top boxes manually. Everything is working. But there is one strange thing. On one, which is connected directly to the router, the speed is 200-300. And the other, which is also connected by wire, but through a repeater, the speed is from 20 to 70. Speed testers give out a normal speed, but the application itself cannot give a speed application on a set-top box connected through a repeater. The feeling that the matter is in the substitution of DNS, but then why is everything fine on the first one? And how can the issue be resolved.
In both cases, both the router and the repeater are Keenetic Speedster (KN-3010).
Thank you for attention.

The problem is wifi. Not in dns, it does not affect the download speed
When using the repeater function, the speed of the wifi is automatically divided in half. This is not counting neighbors, interference, other clients on your wifi.
Maybe the signal is just weak ... in general, 70mb with a repeater is quite good
