Slow copying of robocopy files, what could be the problem?

Good afternoon!
Colleagues, there was a problem with the RK.
We make a copy of robocopy. We sync changes daily. The total volume is 8Tb, about 3 million. files. Changes per day about 50-80GB. In this case, the copy takes about 6-12 hours. Who faced? Why is it taking so long to process?
I noticed that it can get up on copying a file about 3GB in size and copy it for an hour.
